About Paul

Paul Wahlquist is a co-managing partner in WDC & Associates, leading the Tax, Audit & Other Accounting Services and Business Advisory Services divisions of the firm. He has more than 40 years’ experience providing business valuation and financial analysis services to his wide array of private and public clients across a variety of industries.

Mr. Wahlquist’s experience includes the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, and common and preferred equity for a variety of purposes, including gift and estate tax matters, purchase price allocations, goodwill and long lived asset impairment, stock options, intellectual property mergers and acquisitions, and other financial and tax reporting purposes.

Mr. Wahlquist helped form WDC & Associates in 2012 after leading his own firm from1988 to 2012. Previous to that he was an Audit Manager at Deloitte LLP (fka Zebrack, Levine & Meepos) from 1982-1987.
